Has this ever happed to anyone on Marketplace

Featured Replies

I went to buy the flightfx citation, hit the buy and download button, selected my payment method, went ahead with the purchase and then it said I lost connection the the marketplace and my transaction failed. Checked my bank account and I was charged for it, Didn't receive a purchase conformation email and there is nothing in the content manager to download. I contacted support but it does not look like they are in on weekends. 😞

Just as I posted it showed up. lol

Did you log in the game as a administrtor? If so don't log in as a administrator and try that. It worked for me. Good luck

Never mind then lol

Just a different case with the same purchase, the FlightFX's Citation X.

The purchase process itself went well, but when it took to download the Citation X (more or less 990 MB of data), the download speed was fluctuating between 1.0 to 3.0 Mbps only. It took me over 30 minutes to download the 50% of the package and suddenly the remaining 50% took less than a minute. That's the MSFS Marketplace.

Cheers, Ed
