Often, the VATSIM FIR homepages will have recent if not up to date charts for you. Example.. http://www.czvr.ca/_Pilot_Resources/_Charts/index.php And actually the Edmonton Virtual FIR has full charts, you can find them here. http://bathursted.ccnb.nb.ca/vatcan/fir/edmonton/charts.cfmCheers!

I've bought outdated books of Canada Air Pilot procedure plates at a discount at the map store here in Ottawa. Find one that supplies federal publications and you can't often find outdated books and charts at discount.Try a flying club too. I've heard of people picking things up for free.BlairCYOW
