The airport comes with its own custom ILS for the runway as a fix, but in conflicts with the Navigraph data you can manually install into the sim. https://www.flytampa.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=36728 I don't get why they don't just lower the runway to it's actual real world height, that would fix the issue with the default/Navigraph ILS. It's not a sim issue. The Glidescope Pro version has the correct elevation. I've purchased the addon and I like it more than Flytampa's.
