  • YES YES YES!!! 😃👍👍👍😃 FINALLY I got the sim to run again!!! When i rolled back to version 566.36 for the third time IT WORKED!!! Dont ask me how and why, but i got the sim running now!!! Fingers crosse

  • I’d uninstall in NVDA app if you use it.  A few months back this happened to me and it solved the issue immediately.  Sim has flown flawlessly since.

  • So you deleted current driver with DDU and installed 566.36 with no success?  If so a complete reinstall is in your future I suspect.  If not you’re missing a critical troubleshooting step IMO.  Good

Try updating xbox app

II give up... With teras in my eyes... Dont know what to do. I have tried everything you guys have told me, and nothing seems to help

Asking for a third time.  Have you rolled back your Nvidia Drivers?  If not you’re just tilting at Windmills and like Quixote you will be forever disappointed

Yes, i have tried that, to no avail...😥 But what i just discoverd is this: now you have to help me understand this...

I hope you can 👍

When i disable the NGX file in NVIDA and also delete the user.cfg (opt) file, then it works! But only for one time. If i want to fly next time, i have to do the same procedure as i described above... This makes me suspect that this i related to some issue connected to NVIDA driver s... What do you think? And how to solve the issue? I have tried almost every driver, but to no luck...

Best regards

Yeah... Maybe. A reinstall is the last way to sort this... I hope!

This has just started happening to me this afternoon, except that it results in a PC reboot  I have not changed anything. I still have the 566.36 drivers installed, and they have been as solid as a rock. Windows 10 did install updates recently, so maybe that messed something up?

Same happened to me. Try turning off hardware accelerated GPU scheduling under system, display, graphics in Win 11...that worked for me. Heard this causes MSFS to become unstable.

This must be what i'm getting then since this morning, loading a flight and then crashes saying GPU over heating which it isn't obviously i'm thinking recent windows update now.

My thoughts also went in that direction, that latest Windows update could be a part of this issue that I, and others apparently has ran into... Because this mess i experienced all begun after the latest Windows update...😬

Yes, and since I turned off those windows settings, all is good. Even with the latest nvidia driver. Maybe the windows update modified some settings.

I switched to DX12 mode, and MSFS 2020 loaded normally. I also conducted a quick test flight (a circuit at JustSim LGRP Rhodes Diagoras v3), and it worked fine. There were one or two "judders" when panning that I do not remember in DX11 mode, so I will need to conduct further tests.
