I have been waiting for good B-52 for years, guess there are many people here who have been waiting for it too. Captain Sim have updated their B-52 preview with new screens here http://www.captainsim.com/products/b520/ Beautiful work on that model!

I have to admit, it looks really good, as does everything CS does. Their eye candy stands with the best, lets just hope this project does not take 3 years and the FDE and panels are correct. Ive got some really cheap stock to sell you also:-lol Anybody who gives these guys a penny deserves what they will receive.Nice f-117 I waitied for years to get huh.C-130 sure got fixed up quickly and the 757 guys,well they just got a good ol slow scre****. I actually saw a post where a guy still had hopes that cs wwere going to patch his fs9 727!my god that thing is a fossil and they are still telling people a fix is coming?Its your money but dont come here complaining when this masterpiece is released.Post on the CS forums.I am sure they will be sympathetic and address the problems with a quick patch.

As far as I know, the new FS platform will be the same as for the new Train Simulator, meaning that we can all forget back compability for any earlier addon what so ever.

So I would imagine that FS11 wont really break things written for FSX since the underlying "Core" platform is the same. Though I wouldn't be surprised if compatibility with older version (FS9 etc) is broken.

The earlier post is likely correct. Everything I've seen written about FS11 is that it will be a completely new engine - and that backwards compatability will not be a supported feature. On the other hand, it is likely a ways away, not until after the Train Sim release. Talking with the PMDG guys at the Seattle AVSIM conference, they see a long window for their FS10 airplanes.ColinPortland
