October 12, 2025Oct 12 Currently, SWS support on their home page seems not be accessible and SWS is the only site on Discord which I cannot use... Purchased both products with Orbx. Running MSFS 2024 SU3 RV-10 version 1.1.0: all 3 displays are very dim. Impossible to fly. RV-14 version 1.4.2: PMS GTN750 is not starting. The "z-sws-aircraft-vansrv14-pmsgtn" file provided in the model download is in the Community folder. PMS GTN750 is working fine in all other planes. Has this great community any tips how to fix these problems? Thanks for any hints!
October 12, 2025Oct 12 Bought through the MarketPlace for 2024 RV10 v 1.1.1 no problems all screens are bright RV14 v 1.4.2 all screens are bright but no working Tablet so GTN750 is not an option. Hope this helps Edited October 12, 2025Oct 12 by nippa

There are dedicated support forums there from the developer directly and the community. Is there any particular reason why you cannot use Discord? It's available on web browser and as an app. Jase
October 13, 2025Oct 13 RV-14 and "z" file in CF, PMS 750 works for me in SU3. Try removing everything else from CF and see if it works for you.
October 13, 2025Oct 13 Author Thanks for your responses! I can use discord except for SWS. They are asking for a mobile phone# which I have problems to register with discord. Opened a ticket with discord, no response, yet. The SWS new HP does currently not allow for opening a ticket, to me all seems to be blocked, inactive. re RV-10: Orbx is on version 1.1.0 wheras SWS is on 1.4.0. I contacted Orbx for an update. Next I am going to try to follow James' suggestion with a new and empty CF.
