Anyone buy this yet ? I would love to hear your evaluation. Hope a freighter variant comes soon.

I have it and it is on my list of things to do to test it - since I fly the real thing for a living, I am somewhat holding off on that...I want it to be good, but am afraid to find out that it isn´t, if you know what I mean? I had the last iteration for a while...and could not really make myself use it, if you know what I mean 😶.

So I am letting it simmer, people still find some bugs and new versions keep coming out, I hope that when I take it up for a first flight that it won´t be my last one (for a few years again).

Anxious to read your appraisal. Temping at the sale price but I’ve already bought the FF767 and am currently settling up the Tollis a321. So many budget busting temptations these days

Seems to be pretty good compared to their old version, which I was not impressed with. Looking forward to the freighter version!

Do/did you have the PMDG QOSII? If so any comparison?

I have the previous two major (paid) versions (going on six-ish years now…?)
it was always sooo heavy on frames that I had to adjust the graphics down to the point where I didn’t really like being in the sim.

in contrast, both the Zibo 737 and FF 757 allow me to use the sim without adjusting any graphics settings (edit to add the LevelUp 737, which is basically the Zibo with really nice graphics upgrades)

If you look at the reviews over the years, it just never really caught on due to various issues with systems and modeling (particularly v1). I think the price point they picked for it was too high in light of that, which further dampened buzz and demand.

that said, this is a “new” development team, and it does look like a bunch of work has been done to it.

still going to wait and see for some decently qualified and objective reviews.
