A little warning about G:Vars in xml (bug?)

Recommended Posts

HiI just found out that G:Vars don't completely work in virtual cockpit for some odd reason. One example is adding a G:Var to a A:Var inside a value tag. The 2D-panel would show the result of G:Var A:Var +, but the virtual cockpit only shows the A:Var (assigned to a needle, in my case an adjustable relative EGT needle).Another example was a "push-to-test" switch with a 2.5 second delay built in. When I assigned this gauge to the virtual panel, the delay didn't work in 2D-panel either, it was an instant reset. For the EGT gauge, I replaced the faulty G:Var with my own L:test, enum variable and it reflected the new needle-position in the virtual cockpit.Maybe something to plan ahead for?
