Toggle switching key strokes

Recommended Posts

I'm no gauge designer. Is it a simple matter to fit a toggle switch on a 2D panel that can operate a FS2002 key stroke? And to link it to on/off 'command' wav files in FS2002/SOUND?Any input greatly appreciated, thanks.Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumonthttp://www.swiremariners.com/cxkaitak.htmlhttp://www.swiremariners.com/cxkaitakv3.jpg

HI. I too would like to see how it is done posted here or a tutorial file uploaded to the file area so we all could use it. Thanks, Bob.

Hi BobMatt is da man. He's already programmed a neat little stopwatch to fit the panel where it should which is THE business. We're working on the other requirement for which there is no gauge at present. Hang on for the tutorials until the work is done and we can check it all works! I'm sure Matt will post something if he wishes to in due course.Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumonthttp://www.swiremariners.com/cxkaitak.htmlhttp://www.swiremariners.com/cxkaitakv3.jpg

For those wondering how to do this, simply use the trigger_key_event() function. For example: trigger_key_event (KEY_SMOKE_TOGGLE,1) :)Matt
