FS2024 paused on a long haul flight

If that's the case is it possible to change that in settings? Cuz it happened again last night. It's very frustrating. The long haul flight before this was fine

Not sure whether PMDG, ini or even Fenix but I indeed remember that one developer had not only the typical ToD pause but also - like mentioned above - „security“ pause when the autopilot accidentally disconnects eg due to heavy wind shifts.
