I want to start making repaints... what do i need?

Hello to everyone.Can anyone tell me where i can find a good manual, or help files, and what do i need to start making my own repaints???cheers

I heard that there are tutorials at AVSIM but I don't see any links on the front page. I also don't see any way to search the AVSIM site. There's only a news search.

Oh, "The AER." The link needs to be called "Tutorials" or "Training" or "Education" or something that everyone can easily spot.
