January 18Jan 18 What in the world is FlyTampa thinking? I can’t believe I paid for this “v3” upgrade. Back to Glideslope Pro! Cons: Huge plateau and flattened photogrammetry on the approach end of the 26’s Flattened photogrammetry south of the airport. FSX textured interior at the Bravo gates. Hills and awful elevation issues around the strip and surrounding city. Sphere is not working during day time. Missing JSX hangar Terminal glass windows are terrible, can’t see in or out. Ramp elevation & Terrain issues Ghost Buildings Pros: Buildings on the strip look great and work perfectly with MSFS City Update. Addition of the F1 and Top Golf are great. E gates terminal interior is the only terminal that got “upgrade” and looks fantastic. Ground Textures are decent. January 18Jan 18 For years FlyTampa was always best in class. I hated that they never utilized proper methods to advise their airports have been updated. Still the case. However, once I installed their airports I've always been super happy. But based on the reports and some of the pictures here I'm wondering if they have just totally lost their edge. I'm pretty sure I'll just stay with the 2020 version even though I'm using 2024 5800X3D, 4090FE, 64GB DDR4 3600C16, Gigabyte X570S MB, EVO 970 M.2's, Alienware 3821DW and 2 22" monitors, Corsair RM1000x PSU, 360MM MSI MEG, MFG Crosswind, T16000M Stick, Boeing TCA Yoke/Throttle, Skalarki MCDU and FCU, Logitech Radio Panel/Switch Panel, Spad.Next
January 18Jan 18 No way! That has to be some sort of user error. No way FlyTampa would release something that jacked up. Asus Maximus X Hero Z370/ Windows 10 MSI Gaming X 1080Ti (2100 mhz OC Watercooled) 8700k (4.7ghz OC Watercooled) 32GB DDR4 3000 Ram 500GB SAMSUNG 860 EVO SERIES SSD M.2
January 18Jan 18 So very appreciate this FT update, but there are indeed some issues that remain. The elevation is the most serious for me- I don't mind the $5 but would like to see them regain their spot as a TOP TIER developer..... fingers x'ed! C Best- Carl Avari-Cooper

You’re right, they do it every time and are quite confrontational about it, I find it extremely unprofessional, I’m not asking for 26R just because I like the view. And another thing …. As I’ve mentioned before, there’s so many superfluous lights and illuminations everywhere you look in vegas, the only place there aren’t any lights? …the bleedin’ runway centreline! 787 captain. January 18Jan 18 Surely FT could add in the missing JSX hangar and elevation fixes in further patches? January 18Jan 18 Currently up MSFS2020 update they are thinking about it. It's a shame if they leave MSFS2020 users out of the update. Maybe it's time for a new developer to tackle Las Vegas as it seems FT just are not into doing a correct update for 2020 and 2024.
