February 1Feb 1 chase plane is a masterpiece so now, I do not care, to me a day late and dollar short... why doen't asobo just fix the lack of sounds that are real in their jets... the longitude and 747 suffer from horrendous sounds rehashed from 1998

Kind of how it works 😉 The camera API does not take anything away from the sim. Quite the opposite. There‘s nothing not to like in it. Sure, I'm just saying to Asobo, if they are watching, please don't prioritise this over over areas which actually make a difference to everyone. And, I don't use it so I wouldn't know but, doesn't Chaseplane cover this now? 9950X3D - X870E Aorus Master- TUF 5090 OC - 64GB DDR5 - 1500W HXi - Titan 360 RX LCD - 9100 Pro x 2 - LG 45GX950A - HOTAS Warthog with Ava Base

February 1Feb 1 Well its about time, should've been there from the beginning of MS 2020. Well I have Chaseplane anyways. Edited February 1Feb 1 by JBDB-MD80
February 1Feb 1 It will be nice to get a fly by view for sure! Like JBDB-MD80 said it should have been included a in the beginning with the default camera system. Intel i-9 13900KF @ 6.0 Ghz, MSI RTX 4090 Suprim Liquid X 24GB, MSI MAG CORELIQUID C360, MSI Z790 A-PRO WIFI, MSI MPG A1000G 1000W, G.SKILL 48Gb@76000 MHz DDR5, MSI SPATIUM M480 PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 2TB, Windows 11 Pro Ghost Spectre x64 “We sleep safe in our beds because rough men stand ready in the day and night to visit violence on those who would do us harm”.
February 1Feb 1 Well of course this would now finally show up on a roadmap, given that after years of waiting I finally broke down and bought ChasePlane just yesterday!!! No matter. I'm sure that if and when Asobo does get around to implementing any kind of flyby and/or tower views, it will be in their usual klunky, inconvenient and bizarre fashion, like burying it somewhere in the Developer or Experimental menus just like they did with the "Replay" function that they added to FS2020. Before finally just giving up and partnering with the FlightControlReplay developer for a replay tool for FS2024. Meanwhile in the very small amount of time I've had to mess around with ChasePlane, it does so much that I'm kicking myself for not jumping on board sooner. Even as a discounted "experimental" product it's so well done, well thought out and professional. "That's what" - She

Correct title would be: 'Camera API Planned For SU5 Or SU6' Read the rest of the thread, not just the first post: It will be in the SU5 beta, but will be considered a beta feature for a few sim updates. February 2Feb 2 In ChasePlane for 2020 I assigned Flyby to my Boeing Pendulum yoke's right trigger. I found this a neat way to be able to instantly get a panning external view of plane and scenery and would use it any time during climb or descent. And it's a sweet way to show off the airplane externals in context not fixed views of it as is the case w/ just switching to external view mode. I'm very happy with the default camera system it is elegantly simple and quick to setup and covers all my camera needs save flyby and tower views.
