I've developed something very similar - Each plane as an AI model associated with it, trained/fine tuned on its data/docs/checklists. Really cuts down on made up answers. 

About to add a massive update with checklist support. It's pretty cool, can walk through checklists with the AI, ask how to do a specific checklist item, get a really good answer, then move on. It's quick, too.

I've flown (virtually) all the 10 airports on the list, except for one: MHTG; most in MSFS, and a couple in FSX ...

Regarding the topmost one on your list, during my one visit to Nepal many moons ago, I missed the flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, with a ticket on my hand.

The Tara Air Dornier was waiting on the apron to take me from VNKT to VNLK. However, the flight was cancelled in the last minute due to adverse weather conditions at Lukla...no regrets, better safe than sorry...

Say Intentions has this with their Checklist v2 system.
