Here is a video on how to fix bad landings. You have to fly this plane differenty from what you are used to:

Excellent find!  More than valuable watch and learning.  Thank you!

Just seems odd to work so hard and for so long to make a faithful copy of the real thing to then offer an inaccurate version just because a few users couldn't get used to something slightly different

  • A few minor things but nothing that's preventing me from enjoying it, certainly far from needing to go in the hangar.

I will just make the MFD full screen then.

I find the takeoff roll quite squirrelly so I decreased the curve sensitivity on my pedals. I see that A330 Driver's takeoff roll had some oscillation.

I find that to be an issue with pretty much all the addons since forever.

I make curves and or sensitivities for all addons in all simulators, but MSFS is particularly over-responsive in pitch and rudder/yaw.

on the ground roll, does this addon model gear compression on turns... (y'know, a little roll to the outside)?

I don't remember in 5 years ever flaring the HJET.

Thanks for the vid.

I know it will only be there as an option but I can't help feeling disappointed.

After 5 years in the 2020 version with a full PFD I already prefer the split 2024 version so I'm keeping it split.

The 2020 version was over sensitive.  The 2024 version is not.

I had to make a special rudder profile for HA-420. I put in a dead zone and decreased the curve sensitivity and I am still squirrelly AF. I chalked this up to a very light jet with a very short wheelbase. I will take out more sensitivity.

Pitch and roll sensitivity out of the box with this add on is fine. No issues here.

I have not noticed excessive roll in turns while taxiing. I notice movements and shifts when moving luggage around to optimize CG. This is pretty cool!!!!

Marwan has said over on the FlightFX Discord that he has grudgingly decided to add full screen PFD capability, even though the real HA420 does not have it. So, coming soon…

Oh man! You are right. Purists do not have to use this feature.
