Is there a way to raise the seat without rolling the view when referring to a, say, forward_right_view? I saw VIEW_UP_EYE in the SDK but no examples. Wonder if this is what it takes.Dave Vega

HiI had to do A LOT of aircraft reloads during my experiments with the views. Try these in the views section of your standard C182. Not that good, especially forward view is too high, but should give hints on how it all is supposed to work :)[VIEWS]//View directions are Pitch, Bank, and Heading.//View eye are Lateral, Vertical, and Longitudinal.//Change of view position in aircraft.cfg will affect all eye positions set below.VIEW_FORWARD_ZOOM=1.4 //Whatever you preferVIEW_FORWARD_DIR=8.0, 0.0, 0.0VIEW_FORWARD_EYE=0.05, 0.05, -0.25VIEW_FORWARD_RIGHT_ZOOM=1.0VIEW_FORWARD_RIGHT_DIR=18.0, 0.0, 45.0VIEW_FORWARD_RIGHT_EYE=0.0, 0.2, 0.0VIEW_FORWARD_LEFT_ZOOM=1.0VIEW_FORWARD_LEFT_DIR=18.0, 0.0, -45.0VIEW_FORWARD_LEFT_EYE=0.0, -0.1, -0.1VIEW_LEFT_ZOOM=1.0VIEW_LEFT_DIR=5.0, 0.0, -90.0VIEW_LEFT_EYE=0.0, -0.15, 0.1VIEW_RIGHT_ZOOM=1.0VIEW_RIGHT_DIR=5.0, 0.0, 90.0VIEW_RIGHT_EYE=0.0, -0.15, 0.1VIEW_REAR_LEFT_ZOOM=1.0VIEW_REAR_LEFT_DIR=10.0, 10.0, -135.0VIEW_REAR_LEFT_EYE=-0.3, 0.0, 0.3VIEW_REAR_RIGHT_ZOOM=1.0VIEW_REAR_RIGHT_DIR=10.0, 0.0, 115.0VIEW_REAR_RIGHT_EYE=0.68, -0.2, 0.35VIEW_FORWARD_UP_ZOOM=0.35VIEW_FORWARD_UP_DIR=-55.0, 0.0, 0.0VIEW_FORWARD_UP_EYE=0.0, -0.15, 0.45VIEW_DOWN_ZOOM=0.35VIEW_DOWN_DIR=60.0, 0.0, 0.0VIEW_DOWN_EYE=0.0, -0.5, 2.0VIEW_REAR_DIR=3.0 15.0, 180.0VIEW_REAR_EYE=0.25, -0.05, 0.2

Forgot to mention. The numbers are derived from how I "behave" in real aircraft. In order to look left and back, I tend to lean forward which causes the head to drop a little. A also get closer to the window etc.I also prefer a quite higher than normal zoom factor on final - mostly a matter of perspective perception I guess: how big does the _end_ of the runway look in comparison to the _closest_ end of teh runway from a particular point on final. 1.4 seems to work best for me, but is obviously a personal number.
