MSFS 24 lost taxiway markings on default airports

Hi

I deleted all traces of EGKK and Gatwick from my community folder a few days ago, before installing the inibuilds one, and since then I've lost all taxiway ground markings (the painted lines) on all default airports and some 3rd party ones (Inibuilds its just black lines for the center line). I have verified MSFS24 via the xbox store as I guess I have deleted something I shouldn't have, but this has not fixed the issue. 

Any ideas on what I have done and how to fix it?
