It's all but been officially announced. I'm not a KA 350 expert, but there were indeed KA 350's with steam gauges. So BS might be doing one of the early 350's since they have all the 350 data already, or might go for some other earlier KA variant just to "prove" it's a ground up / clean sheet addon. And FWIW, it seems the only substantial diff between the 350 steam and 350 glass is indeed the cockpit instruments, so it's hardly a stretch that BS used the default 350i.

Bruce They've said they're doing ground-up renditions of all their steam gauge overhauls from 2020. Of course they've already released the Bonanza and Baron, and their Caravan seems close to release. I suppose the King Air won't be too far behind. 7800X3D - RTX 5080 - 64GB DDR5 - Dan C4-SFX

March 26Mar 26 Friends don’t let friends buy Carenado. I’ve got the Airfoil Labs KA 350 over in XP and the Turbine Duke here in MSFS. no need to jump on the KA train until Black Square releases the Pro.

The Duke is a totally different kind of aircraft. I'm also waiting for Blacksquare – own all of Nick's amazing releases – but let's face it that one is quite a bit away. For the price Carenado are charging, I'm happy to at least get some representation of a B200 for a while even if its default quality.
March 26Mar 26 The MP shows a message telling me I'm missing something to play it in career mode. Hmm. Lets wait and see what AvAngel thinks about it. dd Edited March 26Mar 26 by Sky_Pilot071

I mean, it’s a Beechcraft with twin turbines….? kinda like saying a B1900 isn’t anything like a KA, no? the trouble with Carenado is they always seem to screw up just enough that I don’t want to put any further time into their products. Id rather stick to a similar class of aircraft from a Hi Fi dev. it’s cheaper at the end of the day, and at least for me, far less frustrating. 🤙 Edited March 26Mar 26 by UrgentSiesta
