Need airport advice (Italy)

Jetstream is one of the better devs in general. Amsim is out of business anyway AFAIK

For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

Thank you. Jet stream it is then.

Don't forget to disable the default LICJ in your library before you load your new airport.

Thanks Jose. That’s definitely important.

The default is a third party airport. Go fly around and see if you like it. I highly recommend Project Coastlines: https://store.flightsim.to/product/project-coastline-italy

Hi Jose, I bought it and installed it and it appears in the library but where do I go to see it? Is it just random scattered stuff throughout Italy or is there a particular place I can see it? Thanks.

It's all over Italy.

Start at LIMJ and fly south down the coastline.

Also load LIPV and check out Venice area.

Palermo is also enhanced by the package.

I'll PM you a list a airports to check out.

The hand crafted version of LICJ Palermo is a pretty decent rendition of the airport, so I have never purchased a payware version. I do like Jetstream Designs airports, so what are the improvements with this one when compared to the default hand crafted version?

Thanks Christopher, I did buy the Jetstream one and it looks very nice.

Also may be worth putting the same query through Chatgpt.com.

I upgraded my PC recently & asked a lot of questions through Chatgpt.com & got some very useful information.

I use it for other topics too. If you use it a few times they will ask you to subscribe, but it is free & sub process is no problem.

Asking AI is definitely the way to go. It's like telling a poorly-paid intern to go trawling the web so that we do the more important stuff, like virtual flying. They come back very quickly with a summary of all the views out there, so that we can weigh them with our superior judgement, and make a decision.

Thanks. It seems to be quite useful for answers. I can’t see it being used by me for comics though because it would be its creativity and not mine.

Unfortunately, it takes questions and posts in order for AI to formulate the best answer.

It's still best to use a forum to ask a question, then get the correct answer.

I've been searching for an answer to a question, but have not discovered the answer.

Guess who I'm going to ask?
