FSX/A radio towers much too high in game

In my previous iteration of FSX/A (Windows 7 64) the radio towers were much too high, reaching towards the sky.  Someone had fixed that and made the fix freely available for download.  I had the file on my previous computer, but can no longer find it.

Perhaps someone has the file or the download link.
