Can Two Windows be Opened with One Toggle?

Recommended Posts

Specifically, I'm trying to open a HUD panel and the HUD gauges (in a second window) at the same time with the same toggle. However, assigning the same ident number to two windows is disallowed, so I've been unable to do that.I've also tried including the HUD gauges with the HUD frame bitmap (with and without the 3-d rendering option) and remnants of the misplaced gauges only show up on the frame borders. Activating both windows independently works quite well, but I'd sure like to open the HUD and gauges with one operation.Any suggestions would surely be welcome. Thanks,Leon

It may be "disallowed" to give two windows the same ident, but I've done this and have not encountered any problems. It is the quick and dirty way to do it, but the other suggestions here will work as well.
