I do have a screen shot, but I can't paste here. but it say it's not designed for Windows. XP12.

Well, it's not clear to me what you are referring to.

Here is the download link to latest V1.8.0.2 that is fully compatible with X-Plane V12.4.1 or higher

If this is happening only with a specific supported non-default plane, which one?

For screenshot, press "PrintScreen" keyboard key.

Ten run Microsoft free app called "paint" and click "Paste" to get the screenshot into it.
