May 15May 15 It is sort of a jumping the gun method to install it. You don't need a AMD gpu, any Nvidia card capable of DLSS should work. If your card is Nvidia, you need to download Optiscaler latest version. You do not need fs4.dll because: (f you download the latest stable release of OptiScaler 0.9.1+, the developer has bundled the official AMD FFX 2.2 SDK (which contains FSR 4.1 models) natively into the code).Gethub Optiscaler RepositoryDownload Optiscaler latest current version there and extract it. Again, there will not be a fs4.dll file in the package, but that is ok, it is built in.Download Optiscaler_0.9.1-final.20260427._DSB.7z and extract it. Move all the folders and files into your main MSFS 2024 directory which has the flightsimulator2024.exe file Run setup 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Crystal Light VR.
May 15May 15 Author People are swearing the glass screens look better in fsr4 than in TAA. I'll take their word for it. On my system fsr4 is very stable and very high performance compared to even DLSS anit alias.edit: if everything is installed correctly, when you boot up msfs2024 and use Insert. Near the top of the Optiscaler tab you will see "FSR3.x/4". That means you are really getting FSR4 when you choose dlss or taa in msfs antialias box. May 15May 15 I have read that it looks better, but the performance goes a little down. So make sure you have enough headroom.Going to try it too on my triple 4K setup ( 5090). Tried it before but it was not clear to me what to do with all the files. May 15May 15 Author Stable and beautiful here. I am no longer a DLSS antialias fan. I locked fps at 50 and it never budged lower than 48 including landing and taxing. The trees look nicer, too. 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. May 15May 15 I've been using FSR3 & TAA with my nvidia card and it has been a smooth experience. I definetly want to try FSR4. Maybe it will be added as an option to the settings. It doubles the fps, making panning really smooth. Locked @30, but I get 60. Love FSR3! MSFS
May 15May 15 I use TAA at 4K on a 5080 locked at 30FPS and a little bit of reshade sharpening. Is there any real benefit to getting this??
May 15May 15 I'll wait until it shows up on DLSS Swapper. 9950X3D - X870E Aorus Master- TUF 5090 OC - 64GB DDR5 - 1500W HXi - Titan 360 RX LCD - 9100 Pro x 2 - LG 45GX950A - HOTAS Warthog with Ava Base

May 15May 15 Hi all. I have been using Optiscaler for a long time with my AMD card. It works great but make your life easier and use the new Optiscaler Client. https://youtu.be/QdsFxeR8PAg?si=RgIB2GHHS10Z7N9g Mark CYYZ
