Water Rudder

Seems a silly question, but what is the proper tag and sequence for water rudders in v2. I notice there is both deploy and rotate. Why both?

Hi Steve,My guess is that deploy lowers them into the water, and rotate turns them like a rudder?Milton

I knda figured something like that, but I have tried several variations on the key sequences and have not been successful in getting them to go up and down.

remember that you have to add a contact point class 5 in the aircraft.cfg file to have the water rudder recognized.Felix/FFDSPegasus Aviation Design

Thanks, it figures it would be something simple like that. This morning I finally got it all figured out. Also, I've noticed on other float models, such as the default Caravan, the rudders continue to rotate in the retracted position. I also managed to eliminate rudder rotation while in the retracted position. Again, thanks for the help.
