Air Section 1199 - Is it used in FS2002

See the following post - http://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/DCForumID13/1222.html#5 .John Cillis has been trying to get ultralights to fly as AI. He did some digging and found that inserting section 1199 into the *.air file, the ultralights flew the flightplans.This is interesting, in that, I thought I read that section 1199 wasn't used in FS2002.
