FStarter24 V4 - MSFS Add-on - Flightsim.to

✓ For Microsoft Flight Simulator: FStarter24 V2 is a comprehensive multi-tool designed for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024, offering a range of features to enhance the flight experience. User

I have used it since it came out and can't live without it. It has a ton of features.

Another great alternative to FStarter24 is Snapflight with similar but less features but simpler.

Snapflight is a versatile add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS) that streamlines the process of launching flights from various locations on the map. It allows users to create and save customized flight scenarios, including starting points like runways, mid-air positions, and approach waypoints. With features like airport traffic pattern simulations and the ability to practice landing techniques, Snapflight aims to improve flying skills and enhance the overall flight experience in MSFS2020 and MSFS2024. Additionally, a live aircraft marker provides real-time visibility of nearby aircraft on the map.

Overwhelming? More modern day hyperbole that people seem to perpetuate these days. The program just does what it is supposed to. I have had it since 2020.

Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind).

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

Intel 14900K in a Z790 motherboard with water cooling, RTX 4080, 32 GB 6000 CL30 DDR5 RAM, W11 and MSFS on Samsung 980 Pro NVME SSD's.  Core Isolation Off, Game Mode Off.

Overwhelming?

😄 I think something has been lost in translation. I couldn't figure out why a utility addon like this would be described as 'overwhelming' either.

FsiPanel is another one that also sets you up on final approach, or in the pattern. Does anyone who's tried them all care to compare or comment which they like best, and why?

Here’s how FStarter24 stands out:

Unique Features of FStarter24

  • Start Flights Anywhere: Instantly launch from any location—runway, mid-air, POI, 3D city, or even a custom waypoint.

  • Custom Flight Situations: Set altitude, heading, speed, and time to simulate realistic scenarios like final approaches or traffic patterns.

  • User-Defined POIs: Create and save your own Points of Interest, such as landmarks, cities, or personal locations.

  • Interactive Maps: Use dynamic maps to manage POIs, track aircraft movement, and launch flights directly from the interface.

  • Flexible Start Locations: Choose from MSFS POIs, 3D cities, or your own saved spots with full control over flight parameters.

  • Custom Approaches & Landings: Practice landings repeatedly with one-click restarts to refine your technique.

  • Time & Sim Rate Control: Adjust time of day and simulation speed for tailored experiences.

I have experience with both, fsipanel is more training oriented with complex scenarios, flows and updated almost every other week.

Since last update i fly dozen of approaches every single day and both my Fenix 320 and my PMDG 737 are fully setup. Could not fly without it anymore.
