Gmax models??

ok i got fs2002 pro yesterday and installed gmax and regestered it, and want to export the samples into aircrafts (i can use fsedit that comes with fs2002pro) so does anyone know what to do (i get a error related to makemdl not found, is there some kinda setting to tell it where to look?) thanks for any help

Jarod,First, the version that comes with FS2002 is two versions old. Version 1.2 is available at www.discreet.com but is over a 40MB (21 + 19) or so. I don't know how you managed to register the fs2002 version unless discreet is getting lax in their registration process.Second, if you use Microsoft FS2002 Aircraft Editor (MSAE) (FSEdit.exe), you will introduce some undesireable records in the *.air file. You need to download AirEd152 to remove these records.The records are 1539 through 154X at the end of the *.air file. If you open any of the fs2002 default *.air files with AirEd, you will notice they do not contain these records.

If you haven't done so, you will get the 'makemdl no found' error... :)
