Repaints to shine

Recommended Posts

Guest

Hi, My name is Christos Christodoulides and I have a big problem with my repaints.I don't know if that had been said before. They do not accually shine as I want to.Below I give you an example of what I mean. It's one of my repaints in Eurocypria colours in comparison with the house colours of PSS. I believe it has to do something with the alpha channel but I am not sure.If someone could help me I'll be glad.Regards from the hot Cyprus,Christos

Its easy, you have to use imagetool.I really haven't gone into the different formats but I use DXT3 so I'll tell you how to do it with that.Open the image in Imagetool, change it to DXT3, then click image, extract mipmaps. Then close out of all of them without saving except *_0.bmp, then save *_0.bmp as the orginal bmp. Do this for all the files you need.Hope this helps!
