hello,I'm quite new to gmax and need some help.I have modelled a 734 nose in gmax but i feel that there's something wrong with it at the front view..could u guys perhaps help me or guide me the correct way to model an airliner nose by boolean and welding ?I have read tutorials from ffds and everywhere but i just can't seem to find one on the way to model a airliner nose :)http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/29429.jpghttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/29430.jpghttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/29431.jpghttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/29432.jpgThanks for all your help,Lionel Goh:-newbie

Well this isn't a 737 nose (though I am working on one :))you can see from the pictures that there is a central line on the fuselage that is completely straight and I scaled the vertices only above and below that line, after that you only need to Boolean and weld a bit to get the right effect however the wrong way to do this is like the picture of the Fokker 100 V1 nose where there is no central line which is fixed in V2 as shown on the last picture.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/29524.jpghttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/29525.jpghttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/29526.jpghttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/29534.jpg
