But h is far from calm,you can hear the strain in his voice.Still,all did their job and it worked out well,so kudos to 'm all.

Although the 3 pages of responses helps to tell the tale, I wish the subject line of incident emails could always contain the date (at least month/year) of the incident so that people don't mistake a revived thread for a new event which may have happened. I was >this< close from hitting up my various news sites to see what the heck had happened when I remembered this was an event from a year or two ago. If the original poster still has the ability to alter the subject line, might I recommend that they add in the (January 2008) tag to denote the age of the situation.-Greg
