how to extract large gauge files that include other gauges?

Hello,my question is how to extract large gauge files that include a lot of other gauges. Is there some kind of freeware tool?Thanx for every reply.Frank

C gauges (*.gau) : no chanceXML gauges (*.cab) : unpack with WinZip or similar and move the subfolders to a new gauge project.Arne Bartel

Related to this question, is there any way to find out what gauges are available in one of these .gau files? John Woodward

If you mean the subgauges, check out CfgEdit (was it called like that??) www.cfgedit.com which is the free precessor of FS PanelStudio.
