This is very interesting. I immediately think of potential use by people who have medical conditions where they can't move much or talk. I wonder if this can be used in such a way to help communication with computer software.

There was actually a device I bought like this about 15-20 years ago that supposedly read your mind to control a video game. It was very rudimentary and could only respond to left and right, but it seemed to work. I forgot what it was called,(Mindworks or something like that I think) but there was a few games (From the same developer) that was released for it, like a Bowling game and a ski game. I believe it came with a so called lie detector game too. Obviously though it never really caught on.

I stand corrected. It's only $300 :-) Not $3K. Zeros start to blur after hours starting at the screen...Now all we need is a quality Firefox and we'll be set...Bryan
