Carb Heat control

Recommended Posts

Guest bones

I have discovered that there is a parameter in the aircraft config file to choose carburation or fuel injection. Given that the Cessna 172N has carburation, do you know if one can "put back" a carb heat control? I have a graphic, but it's the hooks into the MS internals via XML that I need a pointer to.Thanks in advance..boneshttp://fsaviation.nethttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/ng_driver.jpg

Keep in mind that FS9 doesn't simulate carb heat or carburettor icing. Pulling heat on will help in normal icing conditions though, as an engine deice system. Silly, but.. Furthermore, special conditions must exist; making clouds generate ice is not the easiest thing in the world. Weathertheme SDK seems to work better though.
