XML Encryption

Has anyone successfully managed to encrypt XML data in a format that can be passed between individuals or downloaded yet also need a password to make work?Steve

If you're asking can you password protect your XML gauges, nope. Not to my knowledge. C is the way. MSDN is the light. =)

Steve,Protecting XML gauges (if that's what you mean) is NOT possible.How would FS9 (that doesn't support any encription of XML data) be able to read such code ???Of course you can put your XML code in a zipfile that is password protected, or even in an installer that "unpacks"/"Decripts" this XML code, but the final result must always be readable text for FS9 to interprete. And if FS9 can read the XML code, I can :-)Cheers, Rob Barendregt.
