A: Variable- SURFACE TYPE

Can anyone tell me if this variable is used in FS9 xml and what purpose it serves? If it is used, how do you apply it because I cannot get any value except zero?And, what value would represent what surface type?Glenn

while jan is absolutly one of the avsim gurus...esp on huds, the list he posted is in the SDK. parameters-position and speed about 3/4 the way down.SDK = ms software developers kit ( free download ) http://www.microsoft.com/games/flightsimul...wnloads_sdk.asp
