Gauge sizing? ???

Hmmm, I have a gauge in this panel from a Saab 340; problem is that the gauge takes up almost half the screen and I can't resize it. I've tried everything I could think of and went through the Official docs with no success. Herewith is the panel.cfg file; I've posted the whole thing in case something somewhere else is at fault. The window I'm interested in is Window04. You obviously have FS Panel Studio (the header of the panel.cfg tells me so...), so why not simply use FSPS to position and size the GPS gauge?Select Window04Select Window/Set Default PositionYou will see a Window with your GPS outlined in a yellow box, with it's current position and size relative to the screen.In the upper right corner of the dialog screen, find the "Window Size" spinners. It was done by the person who created the model so that option is out. I don't have the expertise to create panels; I CAN add small things to one that is already existing.:D

Get thenecessary info from that program and then insert it "by hand' into my REAL cfg file. This preserves theoriginal in the "as I like it" condition :) Paul

You could try changing "window_size_ratio=1.000" to something like "window_size_ratio=.5" (half size). If that doesn't work, try completely replacing "window_size_ratio=1.000" with "window_size=0.5", I know that works, I used it on the default C-172 panel recently.You must reload the aircraft to see the changes. Also, the window sizes are saved in the .flt file when you save a flight, so even if you've modified the panel.cfg, loading a flight saved prior to the modification may return the window to it's original, obnoxiously large size.Jim
