FSX Airspace variable meaning

Hi all,(@c:NearestAirspaceCurrentType) actually produces a numerical value. Anyone know what types of airspace the values are referring too?cheers,nick

Hi,think something like:nearestairspacecurrentype is an enum value0: outside airspace1: airspace ahead less then 2 miles2: airspace within 10 miles3: inside airspaceetc.you can give it any name you want.it is defined in the ms-gps0 is not used in the gps, so i call it "outside".don't know the exact values and meanings, at work!Jan"Beatus ille qui procul negotiis..."

Nick,Ah, I was wrong with MessageCurrentType!, tested it and read "14" for NearestAirspaceCurrentType?Somewhere above Colorado.Jan"Beatus ille qui procul negotiis..."

Nick,Not thoroughly tested and a wild guess, may be NearestAirspaceCurrentType indicates the kind of airspace:B, C, D, MOA, RESTRICTED, PROHIBITED, WARNING, ALERT, DANGER, MODE_C, RADAR, TRAINING MOA, RESTRICTED, PROHIBITED, WARNING, ALERT, DANGER LOS ANGELES = 3 (:(FANTA ANA = 4 © PRESCOTT = 5 (D) etc?????Jan"Beatus ille qui procul negotiis..."
