glide scope angle xml

Recommended Posts

Hi everybody,I found in the SDK the variable NAV RAW GLIDE SLOPEwhich I suppose will give the glide scope angle of the available NAV.But whatever I dom I cant get it working - the best result is 1.00, when using number as unit.Any ideas?

Any ideas?Keep testing... Some ideas though... Keep ,number as a unit, it works nearly everytime although the output may not be what's needed.Have you tried NAV RAW GLIDE SLOPE:1, number ?Also it could be a new type of reception. If the aircraft is going AWAY from GS it may no longer be RAW when another GS on same frequency is active too, same airport ( IE multiple AFCADS trick) ... Just Ideas..PS Donot own FSX.RomanProud "TEAM AVSIM" RTW race member.XP Pro, FS9, FR Locked @ 23, AMD 1800+ OCd to 1900+, APIC MProc Mod (24 IRQs), Latency Mods, ECS K7S5a V1.1, 7 fans, 1 gig, 100 & 60 Gig 7200rpm HD, ASUS/NVidia GeForce 64mb AGP on 21", NVidia FX5500 vivo 256mb (CRAP) on 18", Nvidia 93.71s ( The highest can go for the GeForce3 & 5500 combined ), Savage4 32mb on 15", BV services mods.

Roman's on it... except for the units:(A:Nav Raw Glide Slope:1,degrees)Hint: use the SDK, that is what it's for... ;)

I ALLWAYS read the SDK befor asking a question here. But in this case I only read through the 2004 version. Sorry. And of course I tried to specify it to NAV1, but tried(A:NAV1 RAW GLIDE SLOPE,degrees), and also(A:NAV 1 RAW GLIDE SLOPE,degrees) - which should be the same as(A:NAV RAW GLIDE SLOPE:1,degrees)at least it was the same in all gauges I built up to now...What confused me was that I got a value (1.00) which usually means that the syntax is correct...Anyways, it's working now, so thanks a lot!!Herbert
