Gloster F5 Guardian Glass Help Please in FSX

I have a Gloster F5 Guardian and the glass does not show in FSX. When I downloaded it there was a statement that the glass texture had to be in DXT3 bmp form. I tried using DXTBMP but I am lost. What exactly do I have to do with the glass texture. There was no readme or even any idea who uploaded it so I can't contact the author. The glass texture fiel is:glass texture_t.bmpIf anyone has it converted I'd sure like to get it and find out how it was created. Thanks, best regards, Bob.
