What is up with jetwats in FS2k2?

I recently found jetways at the San Fransisco airport (without adding scenery), and now jetways start popping up at different locations. Now I can find jetways at KSFO, KLAX, and KORD. How can I get jetways at all the other airports (American, at least)Thanks!

Anybody have an idea? I'd really like to know.

I am not sure, but I think MS only added them on those big airfields that they have made with more detail then the other fields (Chicago, Los Angelos, Sanfranciso, maybe New York, etc).
