I would like to get information about what is considered the best freeware scenery design software for fs2002 and if there are websides that cover the issue in details.Regard

There is not one program that is the best. Every designer has his own prefered tool. Some of the most used programs are:Airport - http://www.airportforwindows.comFSSC - http://fssc.avsim.comGroundMaker - http://www.groundmaker.orgAnd for the second part of your question. I think this forum is a good place to find answers to your questions or ask them.Arno
