City lights, Night lights, HELP !!

Sometime ago I downloaded Scenery and/or textures that produced brighter city light effects when approaching a populated are but the name of the file eludes me. I have searched hi and low for it but can't seem to find the file.Any help would be appreciated.Craigftd1949@cox.net

I don't believe they are the same file(s) I am looking for. The file(s) I am seeking are for all city lights in FS2002 Pro not just the major cities. But thanks
