Adding an ILS and NDB

For us non-scenery designers, is there a tool to add an ILS and an NDB to my favorite ocal airport? The NDB is missing from FS2002 and the airport just added an ILS. I would like to add these to make flying there a little more like the real world.Dennis Mitchell
