Looking for beta testers

Recommended Posts

Guest

Hi all.I am looking for scenery designers that can spend some time and effort in beta-testing a new software. The application ("BusyObjects") allows you to animate objects in static FS2k+ sceneries. A technology preview has been uploaded to the AVSIM file library about three weeks ago.You define a (key-frame) animation of the moving object in gmax. A BusyObjects script will then export the animation for processing by the compiler. The BusyObjects compiler will use that data (and some parameters) to create API macros that can be played back in static FS2k+ sceneries. At the moment this tools requires you to:1) be an (experienced) BGL coder: You have to insert the object drawing code into the API yourself before you can use it.2) have experience in working with gmax and its animation featuresI know that there are not too many people around (with spare time), but I guess a software needs a beta before "going public".Thanks for your help, have funBernd.

Bernd,While I don't have available time or BGLC coding experience, I wanted to tell you I enjoyed the busy objects you upload for the Meigs Field. Watching the sweeper and the wind generator was neat.
