New Scasm with terrain data generation available

I just converted one of my VTP polygon ASM files to the new SCASM commands and it works fine (actually the differences are rather small). Because some commands are merged into one command it's a bit easier to read.But it is very nice to see that SCASM can now also handle this :), I am going to play a bit more with it...Arno
