Scenery question...

Hi, Do I need add-ons such as AFCAD to get scenery upgrades? If so, where can I get it? Am looking for KMSY, KMIA, KIAH, and the Carribean and Central American airports(free or payware). Thanks in advance for your help,Max

You only need AFCAD if you want to add extra gates for your AI aircraft or change the taxiways for the AI so that they match your addon scenery (so AFCAD gives nothing visual, but it is for your AI aircraft).Arno

Arno, Thanks for the reply. I am trying to use the files for airport ugrades availeable at the Avism file library downloads, but it contains text files, not textures and such. Am I missing something? Also, where could I get freeware or payware scenery add-ons that are downloaded and not shipped on a CD by mail? Thanks in advance for your help,regards,Max

If they only contain text files then you have found the AFCAD files (the ones I described above that update the airport for the AI).Sorry, I can't help you with the add-ons, in almost never fly on that side of the atlantic :).Arno
