Scenery Error

Recommended Posts

Guest GiZBUG

When I take off from Meigg's and go into spot plane, and turn West bound, I getScenery Library: Object not found ID: 0x47bc6dedAny clue on what would cause this? Coudl this be Lago's FS Scenery Enhancer messing something up?

Do you have the default Chicago scenery enabled? or it could be the US Great Lakes?Shez

Interesting...I've been getting this error with some new scenery for Northwest Territories. Is there scenery being produced that requires objects not normally available in FS2002????

Check your scenery library for sceneries that you dont have anymore but are still checked! (then uncheck 'em!)

In that case, you would get an error message right at the startup of FS, before anything is loaded - something to the effect of 'Scenery Library: Area xxx missing'.With the 'scenery objects not found' error, you most likely have conflicting entries in the FS2002.cfg and/or 'INDEX_FILE' (Both are found in your main FS2002 folder). Just delete them, start up FS2002, it will replace them with new ones, and everything should be fine.Cheers,Gosta.
