Hi again:A image-summary of my tests:I prepare a vtp2 poly with LandClass 253 to put in my custom textures. I add the *.Su.bmp in the SceneryWorldtexture folder (flipped and with 8bit & alpha format), but the FS crash at 53% of the loading.http://pixelsim.port5.com/vtp01.jpgI think the poly is including more lod8 so I add the *su.bmp (generated by resample.exe) of all this area (blue poly) and then... http://pixelsim.port5.com/vtp02.jpg...the fs take off.http://pixelsim.port5.com/vtp03.jpgAs you can see there are several lod8

Hello Jose,From my experience: a) if your VTP BGL refers to a particular Lod13 tile and the corresponding bitmap does not exist in the main folder, FS crashes when loading exactely as you describe. Count the squares and then count the bitmaps you generated. :( if your VTP BGL resides in a secnery folder with a "sister" texture folder, the swap page memory in Windows starts to increase steadly until FS crashes (10 minutes up to hours ...)Hope this is useful,Luis
