A flight simulation with regular patches & updates! Sometimes as many as 3 a week!Thanks for the link rich!

Thanks for the link John. This looks like a wonderful addition and a real change-of-pace. I've only played around with it for an hour but I already share your enthusiasm. (And I thought landing a 744 was hard.....)Trip

I think the exoflight project is probably history--and it was the project I was looking forward to the most. :(

Look really stunning.when I read the thread I thought orbiter was like a small Lunar lander you know the 1980 version... :-)Hurry up litle modem I want to see it tonight....Dan

Orbit is GREAT but real hard :)I still can not get the shuttle panel to go into orbit though if any body knows how you puts in the panels I would be greatfullAnniette xxxxxxx

1980 version.The last one I used, loaded via punched tape into a teletype!like the golf game and the ASCII Mona Lisa! ;-)

For those that still didn't downloaded ORBITER. a small screenshottaken from author's site.Amazing, this guy worked alone during two years and his sim is absolutely GREAT. Also the animation is really as smooth as silk.this make me deeply think about fs2002 where so many programmer worked during so long time... and I would not qualify animation as "smooth as silk" even if you get 30 fps.Dan
