A little help wanted.

Recommended Posts

Guest Propofol

I'm a newbie at senary design but would like to give it a try. So for my first project I'm thinking about turning the small GA airfield of my hometown into a much more larger airfield.I changed the runways with AFCAD2, that was no problem. The problem is that I only modified the airfield, not the senery, so I have lots and lots of trees in the middle of my runway...So, is there a simple program to use to edit the senery, and to add buildings and objects?Have looked through the guide posted in this group but it seams like a djungel...And also a little help with finding all the files that I should edit. The airfiel is called Ludvika (ESSG)Thankful for any help.Thomas.

Hi Thomas,To get rid of those trees you would have to extend the grass polygon below your airport as well. A nice tool that allows you to do this is SBuilder (or an alternative would be Ground2k4).If you want to place new objects I would advice using an object placer tool, for example Rwy12 or ObPlacer XML.

If the world should blow itself up, the last audible voice would be that of an expert saying it can't be done.
